Roger Sutton

Roger Sutton is the Chief Executive Officer of Orion New Zealand Limited and Chairman of Connetics. He has extensive senior management experience in electricity distribution, energy trading and gas transmission industries. He has been closely involved in many of the reforms of the New Zealand Electricity Market.

Brendan Kearney

Brendan is the General Manager Corporate Services for Orion New Zealand Limited. He brings substantial experience in finance, treasury operations and accounting to the board. Previously Brendan worked for Electricorp Marketing and Ernst & Young. Brendan has also been a director of a number of Orion subsidiaries and associates.

Michael Andrews

Michael Andrews has been a Director of Orion New Zealand Limited since 2006 and a Director of Connetics since September 2007. Michael is a director of Tenon Limited, Eastland Infrastructure Limited, Eastland Network Limited, Eastland Port Limited and the National Centre of Advanced Bio Protection Technologies, hosted by Lincoln University.
