Michael Andrews (Chairman)
Michael Andrews has been a director of Orion New Zealand Limited since 2006 and a director of Connetics since September 2007.
Michael is a director of Tenon Limited and the National Centre of Advanced Bio Protection Technologies, hosted by Lincoln University.
He has extensive experience in the forestry industry, including as chief executive officer of Fletcher Challenge Limited from 1997 to 2001.
Brendan Kearney
Brendan is the General Manager Corporate Services for Orion New Zealand Limited. He brings substantial experience in finance,
treasury operations and accounting to the board. Previously Brendan worked for Electricorp Marketing and Ernst & Young.
Brendan has also been a director of a number of Orion subsidiaries and associates.
Tas Scott
Tas is the General Manager Network Development of Orion New Zealand Limited and was appointed as a director of Connetics in March 2011.
He has extensive experience in the generation, transmission and distribution sectors of the electricity and gas industries,
and is a past president and current executive board member of the Electricity Engineers' Association of New Zealand.
He is also a member of the Power Engineering Excellence Trust at the University of Canterbury.
Tas holds a masters degree in electrical engineering.
Geoff Vazey
Geoff has been a director of Orion New Zealand Limited since 2009 and was appointed a director of Connetics in June 2011.
He is a professional director with strong commercial and governance experience, including 20 years at the Ports of Auckland.
Geoff is chairman of HEB Construction Limited and Northland Port Corporation (NZ) Limited and is a director of Northport Limited.
Geoff is a fellow of the Institution of Professional Engineers New Zealand.
