CONNETICS SALARIES/WAGES AND BENEFITS
Salaries and Wages
Connetics employees enjoy market competitive wages and salaries. We do this by providing up-to-date market pay information for comparable roles. Managers then use this data when wages and salaries are reviewed annually in June.
Annual Holidays
You are entitled to a minimum four weeks of annual leave. This period extends to five weeks of annual leave once you have completed six years service.
Long Service Leave
Connetics has generous long service provisions. Long service leave is available from 10 years of service through to 40 years service and varies in length from one to five weeks.
Sick Leave
Wellbeing of our people is a priority and we encourage our people to take time off to get well when sickness occurs by providing a sick leave allocation of 10 days a year.
Medical Insurance
Connetics has negotiated discounted rates with two health insurance companies, Southern Cross Healthcare and UniMed. We also have an “in-house” health benefit scheme available.
Personal Development
Connetics is committed to providing you with the opportunity for personal/professional development. As part of performance management, you are encouraged to identify relevant professional and career development training opportunities. Where these are of mutual benefit, Connetics will discuss how best to support you in your development.
Employee Assistance Programme
As part of Connetics commitment to your health and safety, an independent professional and confidential support service is available to you. Connetics encourages you to use this free service if you feel the need.
Parking
We have ample free parking alongside our premises and in the neighbouring streets.
Holiday Accommodation
In conjunction with its parent company, Connetics has access to two holiday homes in Hanmer Springs. Very popular with employees, these homes are rented out at an attractive rate.
Staff Discounts
Connetics has an array of staff discounts covering health and medical insurance, banking and internal purchasing.
