HOLIDAYS ACT

Like many organisations throughout New Zealand, Connetics has been working through a review of entitlements and payments made in accordance with the Holidays Act 2003.

This review, which has been undertaken internally and reviewed independently, is now complete and we can confirm that some, but not all, employees have not received the full payment they were entitled to for annual holidays and other leave they have taken.

Primarily, the employees impacted are those who regularly worked more than their contracted hours.
