Earlier this month, we held our first Ways of Working awards to celebrate and recognise our people. We introduced five award categories: Future Leadership, Innovation, Safety & Wellbeing, Trainee of the Year, and Top Team. After years of COVID disruptions, this provided the perfect opportunity for reconnection and celebration.
For the physical awards, we reached out to the YMCA Christchurch 4C Centre. The 4C Centre is a maker space where young people, regardless of background or experience, can explore their creative potential through tech and innovation.
Sixteen-year-old, Cullam designed and constructed our award using recycled timber from the Christchurch Earthquakes. Tēnā koe Cullam, for using your creativity to create something special for us. We look forward to working with the 4C Centre again in the future.
