Our crews deliver precision trenching, ducting, and cable installation from LV through to 66kV – managing both the civil works and the electrical scope as one team. That means one programme, one set of handovers, and no gap between what gets dug and what gets connected. We work in everything from new subdivisions and network upgrades to complex sites with existing services, managing contaminated ground, and restricted access.
Our lines team builds and upgrades 400V to 66kV overhead networks – pole installations, crossarms, conductor stringing, and hardware replacement across urban, rural, and remote environments. We work live-line where planned outages aren’t an option, using approved techniques and insulated tools to keep the network in service while we work around it. A modern, crane-equipped fleet with elevated work platforms and safety cut-outs means our crews have the right gear on every site.
We build new substations and upgrade existing sites – from civil foundations and primary plant installation through to secondary wiring, protection integration, and control systems. Our crews handle the full scope, so there’s no gap between trades on your site – what gets placed, piled, wired, and tested is all under one team. For projects that need it, we deliver IEC 61850-compliant digital substations with process bus architectures and GOOSE messaging.
Before any asset carries load, our technicians prove every component performs to spec. We deliver protection scheme testing, primary plant verification from 400V through to 66kV, and end-to-end commissioning of control and communication systems – from test plans and site acceptance through to energisation and sign-off. Your infrastructure gets handed over with the quality assurance documentation, the testing records, and the confidence that it’s ready for the network.
We carry in-house Site Traffic Management Specialist (STMS) capability embedded within our field crews – so for jobs where it makes sense, our in-house traffic management is planned alongside the electrical programme from day one. Safe zones, access routes, and site setups are designed by people who already know what the crews need on the ground. For larger or more complex sites, we work with trusted TTM partners we’ve built strong relationships with over the years. Either way, the traffic scope stays coordinated with the build.
