Subdivision and development solutions

Whether it’s a 30-lot residential stage or a 1,200-home master-planned community, the electrical scope can make or break your programme. We handle the full electrical delivery for subdivisions and residential developments – design, materials supply, civil works, reticulation, lighting, and council liaison – so your timeline stays on track, costs stay predictable, and sections are powered, compliant, and ready for sale when you need them.

Designing your network

Our engineers plan underground reticulation networks that balance constructability, grid stability, and cost – designed with the real-world site conditions and build sequence in mind from the outset. Layouts, cable routes, and equipment selection are optimised to suit your site, staging and build sequence. We engage early with EDBs and councils to lock in approvals upfront, supporting your regulatory compliance and helping you avoid rework and programme slippage.

Civil works and trenching

Our in-house civil team handles the complex trenching and ducting work – particularly where new infrastructure meets existing services and things get technical. For broader site earthworks, we work alongside your civil contractor – chances are we’ve worked with them before. Either way, the civil scope stays coordinated with the electrical programme from day one.

Cable and equipment installation

Once the civil works are in, our crews take over – pulling cable, making connections, and installing transformers, distribution boxes, and kiosks, through to final testing and commissioning. Because the same team that designed the network is connected to the crew installing it, what gets built matches what was planned. Your sections get connected and ready for handover on your programme, not ours.

Street and public lighting

Street lighting and shared space illumination are designed alongside your reticulation – not bolted on afterwards. Our lighting team covers photometric design, column installation, and LED equipment specification to meet council standards and the needs of the community that will live there. And because our lighting crews are part of the same team delivering your electrical scope, there’s one programme, not two.
